How long will the rejuvenation take?
Each project operates on its own timeline. However, for a typical pre-sale or pre-rental rejuvenation you can anticipate that we will have everything completed within three weeks… or just a day or two!. Your dedicated project manager will inform you of the timing and the process for your property, so all developments are crystal clear. (We know no one likes surprises!)
What is the price of these services?
This entirely depends on the scope of the work. But we can say that our prices are incredibly competitive, especially when you consider we project manage everything so you don’t have to. Our customers always feel we have gone above and beyond what they've paid for. Additionally, we are happy to work within your budget to prioritise the property’s presentation improvements that give the most bang for buck!
Do you offer any payment options?
We partner with ElePay, a financing solution for property owners who don’t have the available funds to pay for renovations upfront. they don’t have to pay a cent upfront, and with flexible payment terms of 60, 90 and 120 days, you could have their property sold and settled before repayment is due!

We offer everything a property owner will need to get their property buyer-ready or renter-ready or move-in ready. From painting to pressure cleaning, tiling to paving, carpentry to plumbing, plasterboard to gutters, fencing to flooring, lighting to pool compliance works, major repairs to handyman jobs, garden tidies to curbside beauties, deep cleaning, and beyond. Our team is ready to whip over a bathroom or “tart up” a kitchen… or gut and redo them! There’s not much we haven’t seen before and nothing we can’t handle. From humble beginnings. Founder and Director, Craig has always been handy with renovating and fix-it works. A true ‘handyman’. After several decades in a corporate career, Craig launched into his passion for renovating houses and soon found himself as a full-time maintenance and rejuvenation service for a local real estate agent and a stylist too. The demand for high-quality, affordable, and professional project management rejuvenation services soon grew. Fast forward to today, Craig (now a licensed builder) and joined by his partner, Lisa and their team of 20+ trade professionals offers Get Ready For Sale rejuvenation services Adelaide-wide servicing North to South, and East to West.
