After the property consult, we provide you with a quote to do the full list of recommended works ….or the list of works you acknowledge you can’t do if you’re planning on doing some of the jobs yourself with friends or family helping. Or, along with your chosen Real Estate Agent, we can help you decide which works to prioritise in line with your available budget.
